Chef Isabel Coss may be best known for her delicious desserts at Georgetown’s Lutèce, but she recently opened Pascual in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. The Food & Wine’s best new chef says it’s a love letter to her hometown of Mexico City. You might not find your typical Mexican cuisine at Pascual, but Coss wants you to feel at home once you’re inside.
