Meteorologist Gets Emotional After Days of Flooding

After days of constant rain and devastating flooding, one seasoned South Carolina meteorologist got emotional after the sun came out for the first time in days. Tim Miller, who works for the NBC affiliate in Columbia, has lived in the state capital for 20 years and says he personally knows people who are suffering after the storm.
