Retrieval Mission for Person and Vehicle Submerged in the Potomac River

DC Police, Fire and EMS spent Monday night at the Georgetown waterfront trying to retrieve a car with one person inside that were submerged in the Potomac. The identity of the person and the events that led to the car being submerged are unknown. News4’s Juliana Valencia reports.
