Retired Prince George's County Officer Testifies in Assault Trial

A retired Prince George’s County police officer told a judge today he was acting in self defense when he hit a teenager with his gun. Donald Taylor, who is facing assault charges, testified for the first time today. News4’s Mark Segraves was in the courtroom and has more.
