Residents Want 15 MPH Speed Limit in Maryland Neighborhood

Some residents in Montgomery County want the speed limit lowered from 25 mph to 15 mph in their neighborhood because cars go speeding past around children, but News4’s Chris Gordon reports the state law has to change first.
