Southeast DC Residents Report Police Misconduct

Southeast D.C. residents told three D.C. Council members Thursday night that they are unfairly being stopped by police. “I just hope they get better, because you want to live in a community where you feel as though the police are a part of your community,” resident James Thomas said.
