Residents React to Security Fencing Around Capitol

Since the grounds reopened after the Jan. 6 riot, there’s been the constant caveat that there would be times to fence them in again. Now, the possibility of protests by a trucker’s convoy has brought out the temporary infrastructure of jersey walls and metal barriers. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
