Report on Rudd Case Could Impact Other Homeless Families

Six months after Relisha Rudd disappeared, the District has released a report detailing the multiple failures by government agencies in handling the case. As council members call for public hearings, there’s concern it could be harder for homeless families, like Rudd’s, to find shelter this winter. News4’s Mark Segraves reports.
