Rain Falls As Crowds Gather for ‘Dream' Anniversary

Thousands were still gathering shortly before the first speakers, including Ambassador Andrew Young, were scheduled to speak on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial to remember the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington.
