Friends: Protective Order Failed Leesburg Woman Killed

A Leesburg woman had a protective order against her ex-boyfriend, who police say killed her on Saturday. Northern Virginia bureau chief Julie Carey spoke with friends of the victim who say the protective order that failed to protect her.
