New Mental Health Center to Open in Prince George's County

Last summer’s demands for social justice prompted County Executive Angela Alsobrooks to reallocate $20-million from a new police training building to create a mental health facility. The facility will offer drug treatment, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric help and walk-in urgent care behavioral services, all through a lens of racial and cultural sensitivity.
