High Schoolers Learn to Tie Neckties at Prince George's Event

As part of Prince George’s County’s 12 Days of Giving, students at the Royalty Institute of Research and Innovation in Colmar Manor are learning how to tie neckties. The event is meant to prepare students for their futures in college or the workforce.
