Prince George's Officials Address Arrest that Left Man Injured

A 24-year-old man was left partially paralyzed as a result of injuries he suffered when Prince George’s County police were arresting him during a traffic stop, his family said Friday. Officials addressed the incident in a press conference Saturday. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
