Prince George's Co. Condo Owners Take Action Over Troubled Management

The fight to keep the lights on at a Prince George’s County condo complex is taking a new turn. The Treetop condo is under new management, but the financial troubles are not over. Condo owners are now taking action themselves, to make sure changes are made. Prince George’s County Bureau Chief Tracee Wilkins has the new developments.
