Police Remove Pyrotechnics From Jeep in Bethesda

Montgomery County Fire and Rescue provided this video of officers removing a device mounted atop a Jeep Cherokee found stuffed with fireworks. Park Police said the driver, Glenn Neff, intended to make a political statement on the National Mall.
