Police: Chevy Chase Man Admits to Setting Apartment Fire

Montgomery County investigators say a Chevy Chase man confessed to setting fire to the apartment complex where he lived. The fire caused more than $1 million in damage. News4’s Erika Gonzalez talks to one resident who remembers watching the confessed arsonist grow up.
