Police Look for Motive, Suspects in Md. Shooting

Police offering cash reward of up to $25,000 for information

The Prince George's County Police Department's Homicide Unit is investigating a homicide that occurred early Saturday morning on Allentown Way.

On January 31, 2009, at approximately 2:54 a.m., officers responded to the 5800 block of Allentown Way, Camp Springs, Maryland, for a report of gunshots. When they arrived, officers discovered Darryl Maurice Robinson, 28, laying on the ground and suffering from gunshot wounds. Robinson was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Robinson lived in the 2200 block of Ramblewood Drive in District Heights, Maryland.

Investigators are working to establish a motive and suspect (or suspects) in this case.
