Police Building Homicide Case Against Md. Mom

Montgomery County police are working to build a homicide case against Catherine Hoggle, mother whose two young children disappeared last week, but say they are keeping “a ray of hope” that the children will be found alive. The transition from search and rescue to homicide is based on the amount of time the children have been missing and Hoggle’s questioning, police said.
