Plan for Bypass Near Route 28 Scrapped After Residents Voice Concerns

A plan to build a bypass along the typically crawling Route 28 in Manassas area was scrapped after residents of a mobile home community spoke up. The project would have taken about 10 of the homes. News4’s Adam Tuss reports.
