PGPD officer hit by van, suspect injured in officer involved-shooting and chase

After a police officer shot a burglary suspect in a stolen van, the suspect sped off and hit another officer, dragging him down a busy highway. News4’s Derrick Ward explains that the violent arrest started with a break-in at a fast food restaurant.
