A man was found shot to death at a popular shopping center in Prince George's County, Maryland, Monday evening.
Police were called after shots were fired in front of the Hobby Lobby at Ritchie Station Marketplace about 5 p.m.
Police pursuit of a suspect wanted in connection to the shooting resulted in multiple crashes on Silver Hill Road near Pennsylvania Avenue.
The suspect then got out of the car and ran as officers chased.

It is unclear if the suspect is in custody.
Hours later, grieving family and friends could be seen hugging in the parking lot while detectives collected clues.
Nneka Itabor said she's heartbroken for the victim's family and her community.

“I’m just here for my little brother’s birthday, [and] there’s cops everywhere,” she said. “This is a kid-friendly, just a happy community place. It’s just devastating."
Police did not provide more information on the motive for the shooting, besides saying it wasn't random. Details about the person who pulled the trigger were also not immediately revealed.
