Pepco Makes Improvements To Reduce Power Outages After Storms

Pepco said Wednesday it’s better prepared to handle power outages after big storms. As News 4’s Chris Gordon reports, the announcement comes nearly a year after the utility faced criticisms over extended power outages in the wake of last summer’s derecho.
