Pedestrian Struck, Killed by Fairfax County Police Cruiser

News4’s Darcy Spencer reports on a deadly crash that involved a pedestrian and police cruiser in Alexandria. Investigators say the officer’s dashcam recorded the crash and weather and dim lighting may have contributed to the crash.
