Park Service to Renovate Memorial Traffic Circle

Anyone who’s gone through the Memorial Circle near Memorial Bridge knows that it’s one of the worst places to deal with the mix of pedestrians, scooters and other cars. News4’s Adam Tuss explains how the National Park Service is planning to improve the situation.
