Parents of Three Children Killed in Temple Hills Car Crash

Delonte Antwuan Tobe, 34, and Shalaya Moore-Tobe, 31, were headed to buy food for a Labor Day barbecue Sunday afternoon when a car trying to pass two other cars slammed into them. The parents of three young children died after the crash. News4’s Shomari Stone spoke with Moore-Tobe’s devastated mother.
