Overturned Truck Brings Attention to I-66 Construction Zone

A tractor-trailer hauling scrap metal flipped on its side along a ramp from I-66 to the Beltway. Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss reports VDOT is warning drivers to be extra careful passing through a stretch where a huge amount of construction is taking place there.
