Overpass Boy Jumped From to Be Replaced in Road Project

A 12-year-old boy jumped from an overpass onto I-66 on Saturday, killing a woman who was driving past. VDOT says that overpass and others are scheduled to be replaced in upcoming road projects. News4’s Adam Tuss takes a look at the changes that could come to those overpasses.
