Only Road to Potomac Neighborhood Reopens After Flood

Belfast Road — the only street leading to a neighborhood in Potomac, Maryland — was broken by a huge sinkhole following Monday’s floods. On Sunday, residents were finally able to travel freely in and out. News4’s Derrick Ward reports.
