On Scorching Day, DC Promotes Solar Panel Program

As temperatures hit 100 degrees Monday, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser promoted the District’s solar panel program, which is expected to help 100,000 families install solar energy panels through 2043. News4’s Tom Sherwood reports.
