Officers Help Deliver Baby on Side of Road in Laurel

Three Laurel, Maryland, police officers never suspected they’d help bring a baby girl into the world when they went to work on Friday. News4’s Darcy Spencer spoke to the officers who helped a woman who went into labor on the side of a road.
