Officer Says He Was Attacked, Forced To Fatally Shoot Man

Richard Telley called police to report a stolen a bike, but minutes later, he was dead. Montgomery County Police said body cameras back up the officer’s claim of being attacked by Telley. News4’s Kristin Wright reports.
