Off-Duty Officer Shoots, Kills Armed Man at DC Wharf

Police Chief Robert Contee confirmed the officer who shot the man accused of waving a gun at the Wharf is a police commander who was recently promoted to run the special operations division. News4’s Paul Wagner has the story.
