Occupy D.C. Protesters Arrested

U.S. Park Police arrest 3 demonstrators overnight

U.S. Park Police arrested several protesters at McPherson Square early Friday morning.

Occupy D.C. organizers tell News 4, U.S. Park Police were checking tents to make sure no one was sleeping when a few protesters became unruly.

Three protesters were taken into custody.  So far, there is no word on what charges they face.

Earlier this week, the National Park Service said it would begin enforcing the "no camping" rule.
Demonstrators have been at the city park since October 2011.
