Northern Virginia Residents Brace for Potential Flooding

Residents and business owners in Old Town Alexandria were preparing Friday afternoon for flooding. About 2,500 sandbags had been distributed as of Friday evening. Loudoun County officials increased staffing and put boats at the ready in more firehouses. News4’s Julie Carey reports.
