NOVA Film Festival Kicks Off Thurs.

The biggest film festival in the Mid-Atlantic kicks off Thursday, offering 10 days of screenings, music and parties. Fernando Mico, director of the Northern Virginia International Film and Music Festival, stopped by News4 Midday with a preview of the big event.
