Federal judge hears case on Loudoun County Public Schools' bias reporting program

A group of parents is suing the Loudoun County School Board over an old bias incident reporting form that gave students an anonymous outlet to report hateful speech and acts in schools. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Drew Wilder was in federal court Wednesday to hear the arguments.
