Fairfax County Commonwealth's Attorney Says Office Won't Prosecute Simple Marijuana Possession

The new commonwealth’s attorney in Fairfax County is asking judges to drop all charges of simple marijuana possession. Northern Virginia Bureau Reporter Drew Wilder was in the courtroom today when a veteran judge said he’s never seen anything like this.
