Accused Killer in Northern Virginia Out of Jail After Trial Delayed

A Virginia mother says she is “numb” after her son’s accused killer was allowed to get out of jail due to a delay in the murder trial. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports the trial was delayed because a subpoena wasn’t delivered to the medical examiner.
