10 pedestrians killed in 2 weeks in Virginia, state police say

Ten pedestrians have been struck and killed in Virginia in the past two weeks, state police said. Over the weekend, a young mother from Prince William County was killed in a hit-and-run. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey spoke to her grieving family.
