Man Rescued From Rushing Waters in Va.

Heavy rainfall in northern Virginia caused floods and road closures this morning. Firefighters even had to rescue a man from the rushing waters in Vienna, Va. News4’s Richard Jordan has been following the conditions and has more from Vienna.
