Nick Cannon Leads Graduation Ceremony at DC Jail

Howard University students and D.C. inmates graduated from the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program Wednesday at the Correctional Treatment Facility in Southeast. Nick Cannon is an instructor of the program that brings college students and inmates together in jail to study the criminal justice system. News4’s Mark Seagraves reports.
