Next Phase of 11th Street Bridge Project Comes With Closures

The next phase of the 11th Street Bridge project begins this week and will cause street closures. News4 Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss reports that beginning Thursday, the westbound lanes of the Southeast-Southwest Freeway will be closed.
