News4 Team Working 4 You at the 24th Health and Fitness Expo

The News4 team was out in force Saturday for the Health and Fitness Expo. They got an up-close look at some chefs, took pictures, signed autographs and gave some people a chance to see what it’s like being on a television news set. But News4’s Jim Handly explains the expo is all about learning how to be healthy and active.
