Roosters, Other Farm Animals Could be Banned in Montgomery County

For the first time in 35 years, the Montgomery County Planning Board is considering making changes to the zoning laws. One proposal could limit the number of chickens and other farm animals kept at a residence. News 4’s Chris Gordon previews Tuesday night’s public hearing.
