New Year's Day Kidnapping Victim Says She's Been ‘Rescued Again'

Alicia Kozakiewicz was just 13 years old when a man kidnapped her on New Year’s Day 2002, held her captive and sexually abused her for days. He was behind bars for 16 years and then was released to a halfway house — near Kozakiewicz’s family’s home. Now, he’s back in prison until 2021. News4’s Scott MacFarlane spoke with Kozakiewicz herself. She said she’s relieved.
