University of Mary Washington President Promises Transparency

After a year of heartache at the school, the newly selected president of the University of Mary Washington, Dr. Troy Paino, told News4’s David Culver he will stay connected with students and allow them to have a voice. “I anticipate transparency; I mean 100 percent,” student leader Hannah Tibett said.
