New Mom of Premature Twins Elected to Virginia House of Delegates

Jennifer Carroll Foy won a seat in the Virginia House of Delegates on Tuesday. She found out she was pregnant with twins during her campaign, and hopes to bring her second baby home from the hospital in the next week.
