Neighbor charged with murder of DC firefighter

A neighbor walking his dog appeared to be acting in self-defense when he encountered a domestic violence situation involving a D.C. firefighter and shot him, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office has said. News4’s Aimee Cho reports that neighbor is being charged with murder.
