Naked Bar Crawler Arraigned on 7 Charges

Police say Charles Mack was participating in the All American Bar Crawl when he ducked into a pizza place, then stripped naked and jumped into a car while drunk, striking three parked cars. He spent his 23rd birthday Sunday in jail.
