Mother Pleads for Hit-and-Run Driver Who Struck, Killed Son in Waldorf to Go to Police

A mother is pleading for whoever is responsible for her son’s death to turn themselves in to police. The father of two was walking down Route 5 in Waldorf, Maryland, when a pick-up truck slammed into him. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
